Growing up in Vietnam and California, Nikki's passion for the kitchen started when she was young and has been growing over the years. Nikki Dinh pursued her Associate's degree in baking and pastry arts and a Bachelor's degree in Food Business Management with a concentration in Advanced Concepts in Baking and Pastry at the Culinary Institute of America in August 2024. Nikki's work for Exotic Paradise Chocolates combines her culinary foundations and cultural influences. She showcases unique flavor combinations inspired by cultural representations, creating a sweet experience that resonates with a diverse audience.

​Verónica Vega grew up in Puerto Rico, where her passion for the kitchen began . She pursued her Bachelor's degree in Food Business Management, specializing in Baking and Pastry, at the Culinary Institute of America in NY, and further honed her skills through a summer concentration in Advanced Concepts of Baking and Pastry. As an accomplished pastry chef and entrepreneur, Verónica's work is infused with the rich flavors and aromas of Puerto Rican cuisine.
